7. Need to provide data

The processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy is necessary as detailed below:

  • Regarding inquiries and service communications, to be able to respond to Users.
  • Regarding the basic or essential functionalities of the Website, to allow its correct performance and operation, as well as the prevention and defense against malicious attacks.

8. Data retention period

The personal data provided will be kept:

Signeblock will treat the data of Users at all times in absolute confidentiality and keeping the mandatory duty of secrecy regarding them, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of their data and prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks they are exposed to.

The security measures adopted by Signeblock comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001, on Information Security Management Systems, whose certification has been granted to Signeblock by AENOR INTERNACIONAL, S.A.U.
